Issues with your mailbox or mailbox key?
Please submit a work request using one the following methods:
1. Use the link below under the Contact Us section of this page.
2. Use the Facilities Request button in your Student Portal.
3. Scan the Facilities Request QR code on the informational poster at the back of your suite door.

Mail Center FAQs
Yes. You need to read and sign the GCU Mail Center Procedures and Policies in your Housing Portal. If the agreement is not signed, you will not be able to receive mail and packages at GCU.
Every student living on campus will be assigned a mailbox key. Please stop by the Mail Center to pick up your mailbox key.
It is located in the courtyard of your dorm or behind your building.
You will be notified via your GCU email address when your package is ready for pick up.
Packages may not be picked up prior to being properly processed by the Mail Center.
You will be notified via email if you received a perishable item. It is your responsibility to pick up the item as soon as possible.
The Mail Center will make at least three (3) attempts to contact you before a shipment is returned to the sender. It is your responsibility to pick up your package within 30 days after it is processed by the Mail Center.
